Obituary for Karen Kay Bingham (Bark)

Karen Bingham, age 74, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016 surrounded by her family in Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville. She was born in Michigan May 1, 1942 to Cecil Bark and Ellen Hutchinson and was the oldest two daughters. Karen started fishing at age 5 and went fishing any opportunity she had throughout her life. Karen graduated from Marysville high school. After working as a teacher’s aide for children with special needs for more than 20 years she retired from Sutter Unified school district in 2002. Karen will be remembered by all; for her love of family, fishing, camping, attending local sporting events and making guests feel welcome at her home especially around Christmas time. Services will be held at Southview Parlor, 7394 Lyons Street, Sutter, CA 95982 from 1:30 to 4pm on Saturday, November12, 2016. Karen is survived by her 5 children and their families, which includes 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
