Obituary for Rachel Luella Maciel (Totman)

Rachel Luella Maciel, age 86, of Elk Grove, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2016, in Sacramento. She was born on July 2, 1929, in Colusa County, California to Cyril and Grace Totman. Rachel was a bookkeeper for 15 years. She is survived by her sons: Wayne (Deanna), William (Lettie), and Robert (Gail) Maciel; grandchildren: Jennifer Longhofer, Jeffrey Maciel, Patrick Maciel, Christopher Maciel, and Grant Maciel; five great grandchildren; and her beloved cat and companion of 10 years, Pretty Baby. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William Maciel and 4 siblings. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 17, at 11 a.m. at Northern California Veterans Cemetery, 11800 Gas Point Road, Igo, CA 96047. Sierra View Mortuary is assisting the family with the arrangements.
